Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Denise Nitti - Quantum Wellness ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

We provide energy balancing, wellness, and holistic health services including but not limited to Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, Reiki, QHHT, and AO Scan sessions. These services are intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical treatment.

Booking and Payment

Scheduling

• Sessions are booked through our online scheduling system
• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment
• You will receive confirmation and any necessary preparation instructions via email

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment: Full refund or reschedule
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows: No refund provided
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health and wellness
• Inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or concerns
• Arrive on time for appointments (virtual or in-person)
• Create a quiet, comfortable space for virtual sessions
• Follow any pre-session and post-session instructions provided
• Take responsibility for your own health decisions

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Session details and personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Denise Nitti - Quantum Wellness and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denise Nitti - Quantum Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
